That's a real mature mindset right there.

"Rescue is mostly used by trolls! We should get rid of it or help me come up with way to PUNISH that healer!"

Nevermind my previous advice. I've got a new one: grow up.

Learn to speak up, put in a vote kick, or simply leave the dungeon. You've got options; you might want to utilize them.

The developers can only do so much to control harassment in chat, but the game doesn't need abilities designed specifically to allow harassment. "Hey, you can just abandon and sit through another queue" is a super awesome option and everything, but it's not a great reason to avoid addressing abilities that actively promote harassment.
