Might have said he wouldn't put Haste in but, just look at the old Arrow Card and tell me that wasn't Haste.

There are a lot of Time Magicks out there, the big ones that most people know are indeed Haste, Slow, and Stop. They also are know to have Gravity/Demi/Halve whatever the game wants to call it and Reflect as Edax pointed out. Going all the way back to V though they have Comet and Meteor for attacks. Regen is another spell that pops up often for them. Float, Immobilize, Quick and Disable (Disable was an old AST skill much like SCH/SMN had Virus) would be hard to put in sure. If you want to add the Bravely Default series into the mix, they also have are Earth magic casters with Quara. Think XII has the biggest list of Time Magicks cause the license for it also have Bleed, Berserk, Balance, Warp, and oh, Vanish is something that appears a lot as well.

Simply put, there's enough Time spells out there that they could make a fully fledged caster out of it. BLM gets around with only 3 elemental spells and some nonelementals
