So literally, just because its a Sprig that means its Easter Themed. Has anybody actually looked at the Mount in Game? It has nothing to do with Easter.
The best you can do is say "Well its holding a Basket, there-for its Easter"

How spooky we talking? Because they could release a Spooky Mount at any time this year before and after Halloween, and Ill bet this same conversation comes up - "It should have been free for the event"
