That doesn't mean you can't request a change, but I think it's problematic to say that it's for the new players or whatever. Request a change for your own sake, but don't try to represent other people which are diverse enough that some may agree with you and some may not.

And what's wrong with representing people who don't have a choice or a voice? I was a new player at a time, I know what it's like to be a new player and have a horrible experience that I wouldn't others to have a repeat of. Experiences like the Praetorium and Castrum, which are things that I once asked to be changed because it's not a fun experience to have to choose between playing the content or watching the cutscenes in a single run. Thankfully, they changed that. That roulette was "working for them" as you call it. Queues were still being filled. Clearly, the roulette doing its job of filling queues wasn't enough.

I still hope they'll change Msq roulette even more, as I said before in this thread, by making it into a solo duty. This isn't for myself: by making this change, they would be removing a roulette that I actually do. But that roulette is still not a great experience. I think the only thing more anticlimactic than Castrum and Praetorium is Thordan.

One can ask for the removal of the ilevel cheese but I doubt they'll put dev time into making the roulette different than they already are.

The only thing they have to do to adjust this content to make it so that mechanics appear again is to adjust the ilvl sync. By adjusting it to what the max ilvl was around the time that the content came out, you can add most mechanics back to the content.

Removing ilvl cheese should also be done of course, which shouldn't be too hard either. Make it mirror mentor roulette: you must have the ilvl of the highest content you can do to queue for it.
