Not every player even cares about glamour in the first place and even many of those who do aren't necessarily going to care about what anybody other than their close friends are wearing. That's reflected much in the real world, too - people can make the effort to dress nicely and appreciate their friends/family doing the same without caring at all about what random people in the street are wearing.

It's rather deceptive to act as though glamour is the primary concern of the vast majority of players - because it simply is not. The game has a lot of players who don't give certain aspects of the game much thought at all. There's players who never touch gathering or crafting. Others who never participate in PvP and yet others who never do anything involving extreme/savage/ultimate raiding.

As an aside, trying to brand everybody in this thread as being as bad as each other is extremely deceptive when members of one side of the debate are falsely accusing the other of being 'bigots' and other similar heavy handed terms.

This is an awful comparison. I know many players who do not and never did any crafting, gathering, pvp and savage. I haven't met a single person who didn't care about glam enough to the point of not even engaging in it.

The vast majority of players do clearly care about glam to some degree. The joy of glamming is pretty much universal.

I'm not even sure why this is being brought up as an argument in a thread where some people care so much about glam they cannot stand seeing differing tastes. If anything it's an extreme form of caring about glam.
