The thing is Nick is not that good in English, and he was actually thinking to return the whole amount of gil.
And then you told him you would contact GM if he didn't give the gil back. so Nick got tempered by the way you were talking.
Then all the friends and LS members were trying to convince him, after that Nick agreed.
Again, Hobbes, you said it was more than 14m, but Nick only received 13m+ from the repair as the log recorded.
Although it might be just a human error, but Nick got angry again by misunderstanding.
Of course we tried to convince him again.
So he agreed on giving 11m back to you, but you had to shout and apologize, and he /tell you that he would waited you for 5 mins.
Then you did not agree on the amount and 5 mins passed, he just logged off and went to rest.

Here's the story I know. Still think it's a moral issue? Just try the best to apologize to Nick if you still want your money back, or just be a man and learn the lesson..Good Luck.

I'd like to highlight this post, in case some of you missed it.

Nick is not a native English speaker. That changes things a lot. Misunderstandings easily come up when you cannot communicate well.

I still think Nick should return the money, but different cultures have different "rules." I won't pretend to know what is considered the right thing to do by his culture.

As for blacklisting, you will have to decide for yourself whether Nick deserves to be blacklisted. But blacklisting people who do not agree with you, I think is getting rediculous. I take my own responsibility for bringing it up, I forget how immature some of the players can be.

I would honestly suggest that the OP contact Nick's friend again and try to make things right.

Yea, as some of us here mentioned we would return but doesn't mean ppl should do it our way. When there are differences, we dun call out names or blacklist ppl.
We merely wanted to point out that this is not a theft, if it's theft, you could report him.
It's just a bad mistake and things should resolve between both of them.

For your infformation, Banks track the money in their system using that string of numbers on every dollar bill you've probable never noticed. THE REASON THE OP SET IT UP FOR 13MIL WAS BECAUSE HE MISTOOK REPAIR PRICE FOR BAZAAR PRICE AND WAS TRYING TO SET UP HIS SHIELD IN BAZAAR FOR A PRICE THAT NO ONE WOULD PAY.

If I could find a judge that would only listen to one side of a story, I could commit murder right now. Sadly, that doesn't exist, and when he ask the judges (I guess he wants someone from the site to help...?) he will tell them his story, and then show them evidence of his claim in which he had possession of, I'd throw it out of court right away.

The screenshots are equivalent to a grocery store owners video camera recording him being robbed by an unmasked thief. It's a misunderstanding where the OP made a huge mistake. Someone took advantage of said mistake. I don't have a lack of understanding. I understand it completely yet see it differently then you.
