Possible at least in height. We still have the gap of about 50 cm between minimum female Au Ra (148 cm) and maximum Lalafells (90+ or near to this) that isn't touched by any race.

In anime MMOs they're simply known as a loli/shota and every one of those games nails it. But somehow, SE went all around it.

That's just an assumption, but looking how some people react at Lalafells, female Auri and female Miqo'te, western part of community, most likely, is pretty much the reason why we don't have anything inbetween Lalafells and Auri. To avoid undesireable... consequences.
