But it is their job to remove paying customers from the game? Would it not be better to reform them? Both from a monetary standpoint (more revenue from subs), and from a player base standpoint (more people in queue's)?





The dude didn't sou d like he wanted to reform on his stream, he threw a hissy fit they didn't fully ban him cuz he's gonna keep trash talking.

To answer your question here: NO, it is not the job of the company to 'reform' anyone. They have a TOS and they uphold it. You agree to the TOS when you login to the game, when you 'rent time' in the game. And honestly, if you can't be a decent person when you're around others... that isn't their problem. The moment you are a problem in their space to others... they have every reason to remove you from it. They are not your parents and it is not their duty or job to be. If your parents didn't do a good enough job teaching you how to behave... OH WELL.
