Same thing just happened to me, been playing new content just fine. Up till an hour ago got my first crash, thought nothing of it logged back in and decided to go to crystarium, and I instantly crashed with the dx11 error, and now that I'm there, the game crashes during loading screen. Funny thing is I'm still able to play on my other characters with no problems, as well as on my laptop
