    All ARR Bardings > Certain similar stats
    All HW Bardings > Certain similar Stats
    All ShBBardings > Certain similar Stats
    All SB Bardings > Certain similar Stats ect

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    What about Achievement bardings then? Would those be tied in with whatever expansion they're added to?

    And with what you're saying it still looks like 'the more recent bardings are better'. It honestly sounds like the start of 2.0 when we had to make due with ugly mixed up armour just because of stats.

    The only changes Id like to see with the choco system is how it interacts in battle by adding another stance and buffing Choco Regen.

    Add another Stance:



    Obey Stance in this mock-up. Then you'd be able to turn off certain skills.



    Buffing Choco-Regen:

    It shouldn't be lower potency than Choco-Cure. Something like 45 potency over 30 seconds would put it at 450 potency (compared to Choco-cure at 300 potency.) If "Obey Stance" was implemented and Choco-Regen is never adjusted I would just turn it off.

    chocos really need some kinda buff, during stromblood a rank hunts deleted them and now they die instantly against shadow hunts.

    I reckon the Trust NPCs are stupid too, they just appear to be a bit smarter because they're limited to certain on-rails duties and the devs can pretty much guide them through from start to finish.

    The trust npcs are programed to run to a certain point when X happens rather then avoiding the attack. This gives the illusion of AI or well programed bots, they run on rails designed for that dungeon, if not for the added script for the specific dungeon their pretty much squadron npcs ... and we all know how those turned out.

    Id love to see updates to my bird which was 20 in 3.2 and if you dont adjust something from like 2.0 till 5.0 ... age shows.

    Imo each add on should have given another 10 lv to max and trivialist the previous required exp.

    As in 20 for ARR 30 for HW while cutting exp required for 1-20 by 50-75% to incentive catching up.

    Skills shouldve been upgradeable like choco regen II as well as weaving some base stats between the skills as you level.

    But thats just a dream.

    Basically this. They're great for what they are, a companion in the overworld.

    But not great for what they could be if a little TLC was given to them. The fact they still have accuracy traits really pisses me off. It's a basic thing that is easily fixable. And SE won't take a minimal amount of time to do that.
