They don't look like teenagers and I say it as somebody from European region. More than this, one of Miqo'te face is definitely in at least 30s-40s age gape if not older, two are in 20-30 and one is somewhere in 15-20.
The last one can be described as teenager, others - not. Same goes for every race in the game btw, unless you play Roe/Hroth/Highlander, they all look at least in 30s.
Also, I know plenty of Europeans that have nearly Miqo'te bodyshape except maybe height. They are more athletic than Midlanders, just for info. The fact that guy is a bit shorter than average and looks just toned without being bulky and doesn't have face of a old guy who experienced all pain in the world doesn't make him a teenager.

Exactly. Also other than maybe one or two faces you cant really make Miquote look like that either. Most of them do not look like that and one whole race should not be put into that one category just because you might have the options to create less manly men.
