do you think this Wall to Wall pulling (in roulettes)is hurting the healer population

I'd say the changes to healers kits in ShB is what lowered the healer population. Wall to wall pulls have been normal since HW.

So much this. I am healer (SCH) but have been levelling monk and red mage alongside. Have ditched White Mage now because the changes at HW SB and ShB were just too much to keep ontop of. SCH is a bit rubbish without the AoE damage now (unless you like spamming one button over n over) but still my fave healer of the three. There has never been much for healer to do in dungeons and now its even less work
As for wall to wall pulls - PLEASE DO! Give me some kind challenge XD
