    Delete storm eye and give us offensive oGCD which would deal damage and give us 10 sec bonus granting us true damage (we would damage as if enemy have 0 def stats).

    What? There is no "defense" in this game in PvE outside of fights specifically desinged around playing with vunlerability mechanics.
