Tactful ways to inform people that they're playing badly?

As human beings, we have the ability to speak to eachother. Communication evolved/perfected over hundreds of thousands of millions of years.

Maybe use that before resorting to cold, calculating system mechanics to try and blankly force an issue and hoping for a blind majority vote. I get that simply votekicking someone is easier and less uncomfortable than direct confrontation if there's something in need of resolution... but maybe see that social interaction as practice towards bettering yourself in terms of communicating with your fellow man (even if it turns negative it's still valuable life experience in learning to keep your cool), as well as potentially helping them be better at the game. It's a win-win.
