It reminds me a lot of The Vault, which makes me wonder if it could be part of Voeburt. There was a Nu Mou in one of the other screenshots...

I imagine this is the upper levels of Eulmore, rather than the lower ones, with us probably doing some cleanup in Eulmore... "Grand Cosmos" also strikes me as the name for the peak of somewhere, rather than the depths. If I had to guess, I'd say this is where people went to undergo ascension, and as such it's likely a nest of Sin Eaters now, sitting right on top of Eulmore... Yeah, we may want to do some cleanup there...

It reminds me a lot of The Vault

I'm 90% certain they've reused assets from The Vault here, that gate at the very back end of the hallway in particular is screaming at me. Interesting to see the parallels between Eulmore and Ishgard continue though, if this really is Eulmore. Both are the regions most powerful military, both battled a non-human enemy, both have/had a class divide, and now both have The Vault sitting on top... So much for Eulmore being bizarro Limsa, should we take bets on who'll die at the end of this dungeon now?
