Those players are very few and far in between. There's a vast difference when queing up for an MSQ and it takes less than 5 minutes and if you que for Orbonne it takes 20 minutes or more (Had a friend that was farming the tank glamour and one day she was in que for well over 2 hours).
20 minutes are a pretty common Queue time for basically everything on my DC as DPS, so I don't see the issue, aside from people being spoiled by insta queues.
