No you didn't. You have only 7 post, it wasn't hard to read them all. I read them, and nowhere do you ask a question, ask for assistance in the least bit. You have 3 pages of discussion in that thread. So what makes you think someone has a solution for you all of the sudden? They already said they are working on new payment methods, and SE clearly cannot control C&B rules.
Have you contacted C&B, if so what did they say? They are the only ones who can solve any problem you have with giving them your money. All SE does with C&B is take there money that you gave them. What do you expect SE to do about your issue with C&B?
This has been your argument the entire time, "read my post" what part of SE doesn't control C&B do you not understand? if its the only option available in your country that sucks, But we, The users, and SE PR team cannot do anything about it.
