that's for C&B you are talking about, changing the address in C&B account will not help us, what we want is to change the address for SE account so we can use crysta to pay, our SE account is the one that we cannot change.
Getting more frustrated the longer this is being delayed.
i agree, but they already blocked my account and i'm waiting waiting and waiting for them to unlock it after sending them everything they asked for.

So when they add new payment method for other than Crysta for me was planning to cancel C&B, already paid the 6 month and don't want to use them after reading all the stuff about them on this forum... heard if you don't cancel they will charge a fee also... hope cancelling with C&B isn't a nightmare... should be safe if I cancel now right? It already shows my payment to C&B was paid.

Pretty sure the reps on this side of forum is looking into it but for this issue about not being able to pay because of clickandbuy and issue about wrong character or empty slot got picked I posted on YoshiP thread so if lucky and he see's that post might be able to push a little bit... that's best I can do from my end.

There won't be. This is not the dev's problem. This is corporate Square Enix's problem. The devs probably can't say anything unless it is scripted by their lawyers.
Clearing up a few misconceptions over the last few pages of posts:
- The issue has been known about since the game launched in late 2010, but was not taken seriously at that time due to the free trial period extention making it impossible to measure the extent of the problem.
- The issue was brought to serious light when players of FFXI were forced to migrate from Playonline to the SE Account Management System. All hell broke loose in late August 2011 accordingly.
- Briefly before the migration cut-off, SE announced "we had spoken and they have heard us" and they would extend the deadline for FFXI migration until the billing system would be cleared up.
- This included implementing a new recurring credit card billing system by mid-fall (read: November at the latest)
- This new method did not eventuate. When the FFXIV pay-to-play commencement date was announced in December, it was promised the new method would be ready around the same time as billing starts (read: early Jan).
- A few weeks ago, Bay gave us an update saying that they were nearing the end of their setup of the new billing system and were about to commence testing.
The question is, how long will this testing take and will it actually PASS their testing?
Well, I got in contact with C&B via phone, and the answer I got was to create a new account as their system won't allow the one I made to be used again (wow talk about old ways) here's the funny part, I created it, and had to go out to get some stuff done and I got back ( took me about 30mins ) I wanted to log on to get my account verified and stuff, guess what? it got blocked AGAIN, now back to step 1, waiting on response of them... all what I ask from SE is that one more method of payment.
And by the way, just for the record, we are able to use Ultimate Pay, PayByCash, PayPal, we have alot of methods to use, not much of difference from NA or EU regions, I've used all of them for different games with no difficulty, only C&B I haven't used cause of what I heard and I refused to use it until I took an SE arrow to the knee (Sorry, had to do it LOL)
So yeah, basically, we could use many methods of payments including direct pay. Its just that SE shows only C&B for us as payment method.
