I have to wonder with how much hate damage meters get, how well some people know their own ui? As outside of normal observation of if mobs are dying too fast or slow, there is this little gem.



See the bars under the Job icons? Do you know what that is? If you do, unless the 5.0 changes really messed something up can be used as a really good indicator of how well you are performing as a DPS in a group.

Its a more detailed agro meter for your current target than the little colored icons in the enemy list. Its been in the game's own UI since 2.0. Sure its not a raw DPS score, but if your not dying its very clear who is performing and who is not.
