I'm sure Discriminating falls under harassment but parsing itself? Is that even against the ToS?They are against ToS. Yoshi P just personally doesn't have any issue with parsers so long as they're used constructively, like the World First Raid racers do, and not to ridicule or discriminate against other players, like posting it then telling people to harass the person in question.
Its best to never bring up a parser in any scenario since its like walking past something not friendly with squeakers attached to the soles of your feet.
