Are parsers even against the ToS? They work by reading network data on the computers without directly interacting with the game itself, and Yoshi-P stated that he watched world progs on ultimate fights and they all have parsers but yet they did nothing

They are against ToS. Yoshi P just personally doesn't have any issue with parsers so long as they're used constructively, like the World First Raid racers do, and not to ridicule or discriminate against other players, like posting it then telling people to harass the person in question.

Its best to never bring up a parser in any scenario since its like walking past something not friendly with squeakers attached to the soles of your feet.

I'm sure Discriminating falls under harassment but parsing itself? Is that even against the ToS?

Its a Third-Party program that attaches to the game and its data thus modifying it. In the user agreement it specifically says modifying in any way, shape, or form is not permitted.

Except it doesn't. It just reads network data from the NIC and prints it out in a transparent window (apparently). So I have been told

Doesn't matter. Its a tool designed to collect data from the game that is not within the game itself and is thus a modifier which is against your user agreement.

By that logic, I should be banned for the hook script that Discord uses to give me an overlay in game so can see what others are typing, hmmm...
