FFlogs is not against ToS, only real-time parsers that intercept network data are. FFlogs is simply a website to which information may be posted and is outside the purview of the ToS.

Strictly speaking, yes, FFLogs is against the TOS.

Which is why, in game, if you talk about data from FFLogs you can be banned.

FFLogs is a 3rd party app which interprets data from FFXIV and is a violation of the ToS.

They don't Sav content, cause "they're not interested in it" nothing to do with lacking the skills to.
I suppose they ain't at the top of PvP ladder also cause "they are not interested" in competitive PvP either.

What people are questioning is if someone doesn't do Savage, then they have no high end content as measurement on whether they are a "Top-Tier Healer" or not. Healers can be good outside of Savage sure, but what's the top tier exactly in casual content; Expert Dungeons? Alliance Raids? Neither of these really push any kind of job, most can get through it doing the bare minimum if they really wanted, so what is being used to declare the title? How can one compare themselves against another who actually participates in Savage? To be amongst the best, you literally have to do the same content as measurement or its no competition.

Let me put it this way: Back in ARR I came to FF-XIV, burned out from 8.5 years of Heroic/Mythic raiding in WoW.
I still had my raid reflexes and skills but until mid Stormblood I wasn't interested in scheduled play or raiding at all.

No I don't consider myself "top tier" but I believe my skills are at least enough to handle the first 3 savages of a given Tier. My group didn't manage God Kefka though. :/
