Should there be a toggle allowing the cast of Rescue on someone?

Oh, far from it. I sadly get a lot of trolls on my roulettes. Bacent thinks it's minor, but it's a daily thing for me to deal with trolls using rescue.

I have had Rescue used on me exactly twice, both times i had screwed up and rescue saved my ass. If it's a daily thing for you, the problem most probably is you that every day i healer feels the need to use it on you.
