Should there be a toggle allowing the cast of Rescue on someone?

Stupid healer decides to "save" me and drag me to the center of the side right next to the sword where the safe zone is MUCH smaller than where I already was.

Mistakes happen. Tanks cleave raids by mistake, people drop aoe markers on each other when they were meant to spread. Same with mistaken Rescues. If you died it's not the end of the world, you just get a Raise and clear the fight.

Calling people stupid over simple mistakes however is not fine:

Maybe I'll consider starting to care what Healers (and often tanks) think when they stop running to every forum they can find and constantly insulting DPSs.

I have been rescue'd MAYBE two or three times playing this game by randoms. Always for good reason.

That said, I do not see the issue with a toggle.

Title. Rescue has its uses, but sometimes it can do more harm than help for a player, such as interrupting casts or sending them into an AoE. While Arm's Length/Surecast allows for temporary protection against an unwanted use of the skill, it is not always up for situations that such might happen. Sorry if this has already been posted before.

A toggle permanently disabling cast of Rescue on a given player could present the following problems: It could prevent the healer from saving certain players in danger, or make it harder to find and report those that abuse the skill.

Sure. I want the skill gone, but toggle is fine. I've had 1 rescue be legit on me. Other rescues used on me were all trying to get me killed or killed me. It's a skill ripe for griefing and I would rather have the option to not be harassed.

There's a kick option for healers misusing it, but sometimes I have to play Nanny to a blackmage that refuses to move out of a mechanic because GOTTA CHANNEL MEGUMIN.
