Now it's not limited to only this. People also disagree on what types of end-game should be added (Dungeons, raids, hard mode raids/dungeons) and what type of new systems should be introduced(Mythic+ type of system, savage dungeons, more bosses for the 8 mans. Eureka was also divisive as well.)

That and you have people's tone or extreme opinions making their counterparts more extreme.

Yeah, the problem is probably people viewing it as a zero sum game. Actually we're all in the same boat, we want the game to do well as long as possible. So every person quitting is a loss for everyone, doesn't matter if they quit bc of a lack of casual content or bc of a lack of endgame content.
