Lack of End Game Content

Excellent post. Harder 24-man raids is something I've been wanting for years and it could really push the raiding scene to new heights.

That being said, it's also noticeably more time and ressource consuming than harder 4-player-content, so they should probably start with that. Yoshi has mentioned quite often that the latter is something they actually want to do, so I'm hoping ShB will be the Expansion to introduce it.
