I disagree. To me, it looks like the twitter user was taking the female viera's rabbit-like facial structure into account for their own model. Many of the other races including Hyur, Elezen, Miqote, and so on do offer a softer face as an option in the character creator. If male viera is implemented into the game, I would like a softer face similar to the model I had posted earlier as one of the options.

The facial structures are not one of a child and you can already see with the neck and part of the shoulders that they would be too wide to be childlike. I agree with all your points here. The artwork, although not buff and masculine, was clearly of an adult male viera drawn in an anime style.

I would like to add that, yes, the artwork in the twitter user's feed is drawn in anime style. Although it is not as masculine as some of the posters here would prefer, they are by no means children.

Because it was so irrelevant to the topic, I cant help but suspect it was a thinly veiled attempt at slandering me, and an attempt to redirect the discussion to an undesirable and uncomfortable place.

I personally don't think it looks like a child, but I do think the art resembles that of a young Viera that has yet to lose their 'puppy fat' - also it's in a very anime-like style, so that also doesn't help as most adults in certain anime styles come across as looking younger than what they originally are. So, it's just semantics at this point.

I'm more than happy to settle that the face is that of a young male Viera who hasn't yet mastered the wood, or has and they're just extremely young and have yet to gain the 'one thousand mile stare' along with 'resting b*tch* that the Viera race is known for.

Viera have very long life spans, and also seem to age slower. I think a softer looking face option, similar to the model I suggested, would be a nice face option. A male viera like that comes across as a youthful looking man, but an adult nonetheless.

Of course, like I said before, I think there should be a variety of options that will suit people's preferences such as an older appearance, a more rugged appearance, and so on. These face options would be no different from what we already have available in the game. For example, Hyur, Elezen, and Miqo'te do have options for a softer looking face.
