Also, Afflatus Misery is a single GCD that's free; worth 3 Glares. You aren't sacrificing anything except making it a super strong AoE Nuke

Afflatus Misery is on the GCD.
You need to use the other Afflatus spells, which are also on the GCD,to bloom your blood lily and use Misery.

That's 3 GCD spent to have the blood lily + the 4th GCD for Misery.
4 GCD could be 4 Glare instead.
So yes, we heal and "are rewarded for healing" with this. But if we do math on 4 gcd, that's 300 potency loss
On aoe situation (2 targets), it's definitly really good. But on single target, we definitly are sacrificing some Glare to have Misery.
What misery does is minimizing our dps lost on GCD heals.
