    One thing I've thought of/proposed is altering the lily system to have a step between Solace/Rapture and feeding the blood lily. Essentially, using a lily heal changes lily color, and that changed lily can be spent on upgraded DPS (Quake/Tornado from Stone/Aero or Glare/Dia) spells or crowd control ability (Flood from Fluid Aura). Doing those then feeds the blood lily, leading to Misery.

    The potencies would be arranged to be a DPS gain if you complete the entire cycle. The idea of finding the optimal place where a GCD heal fits to cycle the DPS rotation they currently seem to want for Misery remains, but 1 time (2 if we're getting crazy) per 30s on average (per lily) you get payoff instead of 1 per 90 seconds. As the lily gauge keeps building as long as you never cap it out, there's flexibility as to when you can actually spend healing lilies. If Tornado is a DoT, then its length is also a limit on optimal timing, but I'd be willing to make it as long as a full minute. The idea would be the super DoT stacks with Aero/Dia so it doesn't reduce engagement there.

    It doesn't increase the complexity of the bread and butter GCD to GCD dps rotation, but it's SOMETHING. You get nukes three time as often. Maybe some sort of raid-buff could even be tacked onto them to solve that problem, but...

    I like this suggestion a lot. Yes, it's Trick on WHM. Yet it'd be very desirable. However, they would open balance and design space to give stuff BACK to the other two healers. WHM becomes the BIG NUMBERS healer. If, say, we combined this with my idea WHM has the highest healing throughput (BUT largely tied to GCD) with 4 nukes every minute and half, one of those being a major raid-damage buff. However, WHM's other raid utility would stay minimal (temperance, maybe one other defensive CD) and the two other healers could offer a wider variety and more constant uptime of support along with less opportunity cost on healing abilities (mostly oGCD).

    As it stands the first thing I would like to see on whm is a dps ogcd. I understand that whm is not meant to be mobile so that’s good enough imo.

    The easy solution atm would be to boost dps potencies as well but if instead they went the party way. Since whm isn’t mobile I wouldn’t mind seeing some sort of laylines type buff that people could stand in. This area would move with the whm. It would be tricky to use because of the aoe baiting but I could see it being a fun way to try and optimize fights. Much more involved than a simple debuff on the target.

    I mean, WHM is essentially the BLM of healers. Somewhat ironic huh.

    Also semi-unrelated. I preferred it when it was called 'black lily' as opposed to 'blood lily', Guess it was a mistranslation but imo it just sounded better lol

    Afflatus Misery should be a black Lily spell of around 90% of Glare's potency, on the GCD. (Address mobility concern, isn't a straight DPS increase, doesn't decrease the potential value of Afflatus healing)

    The Blood Lily should enhance it to its current iteration.

    Fluid Aura should instead be an Ally / Enemy target. On allies, it should spread beneficial healing effects while on enemies it should spread harmful damage effects. (Or a role action Healer Bane)

    Dia should use Aero 3's casting animation.

    Temperance needs something. (Have ideas, but most of them would just turn it into a DPS cooldown)

    Medica should trait into Medica 2. (Medica is mostly obsolete when Medica 2 comes around)

    I'm not going to add much to this conversation.

    But on the theme of Divine Seal/Largesse, not only the Wings have that healing potency buff up.
    So does asylum, so we kind of get 2 Divine seals.

    And while i am kind of bummed about the 2 new heals being on the global cooldown, i am still rather happy that i CAN use them on the go. Yes, i know, Tetra, bene and assize, but sometimes they're not enough if all dps just decide to start eating dirt.

    It's like... it would be cool if it wouldn't be on global, but it's one of the smalles problems whm has.

    I still rather wish that standing in asylum would do ANYTHING else but heal up... like speed up, or like the other 2 bubbles(sch and ast), defense up too. Anything, really.

    I just thought of something on the subject of WHM lost skills and such... Didn't they take Repose from us this expansion now and put it into the Role Actions?

    Does this mean we're going to get it back as a level 86 skill in 6.0? I'm almost regretting buying Shadowbringers now... It's not like Repose is actually useful in anything past level 40ish content, but... I have such a hard time justifying supporting some of these changes in any way shape or form. I'm already struggling to think of what I'm going to main in Shadowbringers-- I suppose I'm most excited for Dancer and like RDM the most of the other jobs I've leveled... but man my excitement is trying to break through the floor to get into the negative numbers the closer we get to Early Access.

    I'm just kind of tired of WHM being so... stagnant and seeming not to grow at all as a job. Getting cannibalized by the other healers and then force-fed parts of itself back an expansion or so later. I feel at this point I just can't level any of my healers simply because I don't want to be a positive statistic to the changes made to them in any way, shape or form.

    Omg, loosing a new skill slot to that garbage skill would be a nightmare... let us hope that won't happen, though I'm kinda pessimistic about healers for a long while now <.<
    And I totally get what you are saying. It's outrageous, but know what's even worse? People defending and celebrating this garbage. I'm sorry, but if your job would have gotten half their kit taken, put up for everyone to use, then taken again and then, for whatever stupid reason, given back to you at a far higher level than previously available, would you be happy as a tank or DPS? Would you? No? Then friggin' STOP TELLING US IT'S OKAY! Because no, it isn't.
