it doesn't just skip grind lol it skips story, job learning , auto gives fly points, unlocks basicly everything auto up w x exapnasion

And that wins them what, exactly? A fast ticket to endgame with no idea how they got there, or - you just said yourself - the learning that comes along the way. They've skipped some work but they're still going to need to learn their job if they want to actually clear endgame content themselves.
