I'm going based off of what you said (with no clear post you were responding to, and thus concluding it to be aimed at the most recent posts before yours). It reads as though you were upset with us for giving advise, and likens it to us ". . . whining and saying other people just suck and that you're perfect maybe realize that your experience isn't universal?"
Now, I could certainly be wrong about who that's being aimed at. But that is where my response came from. Am I incorrect about this?

You need to first understand that your own experience isn't universal. Claiming the fight is broken in some way because you can't perform is making the claim that your experience is universal, and people who aren't having problems are outliers. The fight isn't broken. I did it just fine on all three of my alts. Someone said count the pull ins to 6 (EDIT: Confirmed by Rowde to be 6), then warp out, and that basically works if the microburst is really all that's holding you up.I've tried this about 6 times. Still can't get it. First 3 or 4 times were before reading this thread. I tried warping at the last second, twice, didn't work. First time, the warp animation started, but I died right before warping. Tried warping right before, didn't work. Can y'all that are whining and saying other people just suck and that you're perfect maybe realize that your experience isn't universal? Also, that it's okay for people who aren't as skilled to enjoy playing games too? That would be nice.
I ran the event three times. Once on Red Mage, which at Lv50 has no heal; once on Samurai, which also has no heal; and once as Dark Knight, which has no heal. On none of these occasions did Noctis come anywhere close to death, much less need healing of any extreme variety. Did you warp to the stone across the arena when she used the regular, not-pull-in aoe? If you do, so does Noctis I've noticed. EDIT: Also citing Rowde again in saying that it is also on you to make sure you stack with Noctis when there is a stack, and you spread from when there is not in order to maintain his health.EDIT: Oh look, I tried with my PLD another time (SAM before) and I survived the blast fine, but Noctis died 10 seconds after. This battle is just poorly designed. You can't rely on the player to heal Noctis, because not all classes can heal well if at all, and apparently the AI isn't good enough either, because he shouldn't be dying. Also, it is BS to either require using a tank, having a character level 60 or higher so you have enough HP to not be one shot by her attack there, or having sub-one second accuracy on a warp to avoid dying.
You don't need the player to be able to heal Noctis. You don't need to be a tank to make it through microburst, and it's not a sub-1 second accuracy needed to warp away either. What's more, having a Lv60 or higher job makes no difference for this quest, because you're synched to Lv50 no matter what.

As someone with pretty terrible latency, I can say "this is not fun".
Arm's Length did NOT work on her draw in super attack. I eventually had to rely on using jobs that have enough defence to simply shrug off the attack (anything lower than Dragoon can't survive).
If they wanted to do this nonsense, they should have either removed the final draw-in, or given the duty action a draw-in immunity (that DOES work on this) for about 3 seconds, because they occur more often than it comes off cooldown.
I had terrible lag the first few tries so I understand why people are a bit annoyed.
On my successful try I actually got hit by the ultimate...and somehow survived. I don't know if its because I used Virus or what xD But then I just spammed Drain until I was back at full.
I actually think its a really nice fight, I like the warp mechanic.
You might have had the Echo buff. I think you get it after 2 or 3 failed attempts, though you can click it off if you want.I had terrible lag the first few tries so I understand why people are a bit annoyed.

Or, if you remember Dusk Vigil, make it where once you're behind the pillar, you're safe.As someone with pretty terrible latency, I can say "this is not fun".

This is it. I just cleared it on my alt, and the Ultimate hardly did any damage to me despite me barely surviving when I cleared it on my main - both failed due to latency enough times for me to get the Echo buff, but I clicked it off on the alt. For a mercy, that's also when latency was nice.
The Echo acts as a failsafe to survive the Ultimate, I feel like, but you have to be able to recover for that for it to work.
Again. There are 6 draw-in animations total that occur during Micro Burst. I think they did this to give ppl a sense of the timing, but that doesn't actually matter. You can safely DPS during Micro Burst and only have to worry about the FINAL (number 6) draw-in effect AND remember that Warp Strike is a GCD.
To play it safe, as Garuda moves to the center of the arena, follow her there and stack with her so you can continue to attack her during the initial cast bar. Count draw in effect animations... 1... 2... 3... 4... stop attacking to absolutely ensure your GCD is open... 5... start moving towards a monolith... 6... as soon as you see your character start to slide back to the center press Warp Strike WHILE continuing to hold the directional input key that moves you towards the monolith. Warp Strike will move you to the Monolith and then you will continue to move through it and arrive at the opposite side before Micro Burst goes off.
