I do remember reading that Elezen age slower than other races, but only by a factor of like ten years, with a relatively normal life span otherwise.

Lalafells reach their max height pretty fast. During the Starlight Celebration with Damielliot, one of the kids is a lalafell but has a character model indistinguishable from other ages. This could be a fact of convenience to make it so they don't have to model separate ~10 year olds, but it fits. Lalafell faces don't really age and so the only way they tend to make themselves look more mature is with facial hair. (ex. Papashan, Lolorito)
Don't forget Tataru in that one Four Lords cutscene. Although it's debatable whether a naturally old popoto would look that way or if the box made it worse.Lalafells reach their max height pretty fast. Then there's the Padjal who are stuck at looking the age of a preteen while at least being able to live a few hundred years. Kan-E-Sena being the exception as she used a spell that makes her look older so the other leaders would take her seriously.
If I'm not wrong, that face was used by both of the Nuhns we've encountered in game. So maybe they're not actually old, just really really really... tired? n_~
For a good example of someone who looks way older than he is (and it's probably stress-induced): YoshiP
All the races age at about the same rate as humans. There are some slight differences, but nothing really major.
Lalafells are a bit unusual in that they reach their max size fairly early, and after becoming adult they do not visibly age much.
I'm gonna age gracefully like Cid. I hope.

I think we're supposed to assume that all races age at a human-like rate, unless it's specifically stated that they do not.
There's nothing in the lorebook page on Miqo'te to indicate this.
Unless it's supported elsewhere, the idea may come from Y'shtola's profile, which doesn't give her actual age but just describes it as "the hands of time ever stopped on twenty and three" - however, I've seen this brought up elsewhere that it's some kind of Sharlayan enchantment that simply makes her appear younger than she actually is. (And likewise being used by the other Scions - eg. possibly why 32-year-old Thancred suddenly looks older after losing the ability to use magic. Though of course there are other factors there.)
According to her profile, she's only 37.
Something like that. 10%-20% is a good estimate. (eg. Edmont, who is 59 but probably looks more like 50.)
Not sure about that with Kan-E. I think she's just using makeup to look older.
She shouldn't need to be concerned about looking like an adult to be taken seriously among the leaders, when there's a Lalafell in the group. Though it might make more sense for dealing with other people in Gridania, where Lalafells are uncommon - but then on the other hand, Padjals are more familiar and highly respected.
I double-checked - yes they do both use that face. So does X'rhun Tia from the red mage quests. (U'odh Nunh is 43; X'rhun would be around that age but I don't have the second lorebook for his profile or M'rahz.)
I think it makes sense that older, more battle-experienced males are able to hold their position and not get pushed out by someone young and fiery, but inexperienced (see: M'zhet Tia). It's a matter of skill in battle, not raw physical strength.
What you've mentioned about the Miqo'te, OP actually sounds more in tune with how the Padjal age. They stop aging physically after reaching teenager/early adulthood in terms of human years. They live a long time, but so would any species who age like this since as you get older you become more susceptible to being taken out by disease or injury as the body wears out. From what I understand, all the races pretty much age like we do, and their years/summers are very limited in comparison with the races we encounter such as the Padjal and Dragonkin.
Admittedly, I am not familiar with the lore of all races and tribes within a race, but mentions of youth vs aged pretty much has been implied at various points for just about all of them during the MSQ, side quests and so forth, and I don't recall any of them having living longevity in the likes of those who are factually stated to live a very long time like an auspice.
Obviously some race and genders are going to look much younger than another. Such as a female Miqo'te who is slim, small in stature, and lacking other signs of age such as lines in the face, vs a male Roe who will be tall, robust, and more rough around the edges. Godbert for example, though he looks good, appears to be in his late forties to fifties, while his wife can easily pass for being 20-someting, maaaaybe early 30's, and both are Hyurs.
