I do remember reading that Elezen age slower than other races, but only by a factor of like ten years, with a relatively normal life span otherwise.

Lalafells reach their max height pretty fast. During the Starlight Celebration with Damielliot, one of the kids is a lalafell but has a character model indistinguishable from other ages. This could be a fact of convenience to make it so they don't have to model separate ~10 year olds, but it fits. Lalafell faces don't really age and so the only way they tend to make themselves look more mature is with facial hair. (ex. Papashan, Lolorito)
Don't forget Tataru in that one Four Lords cutscene. Although it's debatable whether a naturally old popoto would look that way or if the box made it worse.Lalafells reach their max height pretty fast. Then there's the Padjal who are stuck at looking the age of a preteen while at least being able to live a few hundred years. Kan-E-Sena being the exception as she used a spell that makes her look older so the other leaders would take her seriously.

All the races age at about the same rate as humans. There are some slight differences, but nothing really major.
Lalafells are a bit unusual in that they reach their max size fairly early, and after becoming adult they do not visibly age much.

I'm gonna age gracefully like Cid. I hope.

What you've mentioned about the Miqo'te, OP actually sounds more in tune with how the Padjal age. They stop aging physically after reaching teenager/early adulthood in terms of human years. They live a long time, but so would any species who age like this since as you get older you become more susceptible to being taken out by disease or injury as the body wears out. From what I understand, all the races pretty much age like we do, and their years/summers are very limited in comparison with the races we encounter such as the Padjal and Dragonkin.
Admittedly, I am not familiar with the lore of all races and tribes within a race, but mentions of youth vs aged pretty much has been implied at various points for just about all of them during the MSQ, side quests and so forth, and I don't recall any of them having living longevity in the likes of those who are factually stated to live a very long time like an auspice.
Obviously some race and genders are going to look much younger than another. Such as a female Miqo'te who is slim, small in stature, and lacking other signs of age such as lines in the face, vs a male Roe who will be tall, robust, and more rough around the edges. Godbert for example, though he looks good, appears to be in his late forties to fifties, while his wife can easily pass for being 20-someting, maaaaybe early 30's, and both are Hyurs.

Hyur, Miqo'te, Lalafell and Roegadyn all mature, age and die at roughly the same rate. So, I'm writing a journal for my characters backstory and there's plenty points at which numbers for ages at points are referenced. I then realized that, I have no idea if Miqo'te age and mature like humans do, or if any other race does. And I couldn't recall a reference to anything that specifies and I feel like it's just assumed we, as players, have a general idea of what it is without saying.
So, just checking with the community if it's ever stated what ages the races are adults officially.
I think Au ra age at a standard rate too.
Elezen are an exception, they basically stay children for about 20% longer than other races.
Plus side to this is that they live on average 20% longer, downside though is that Elezen kids tend to be bullied a bit by other races kids because they stay so small for so long in comparison.
Viera live to be 200 or something stupid like that I think.
Hrothgar, no info available yet as far as I'm aware.

Isn't it actually F'lhaminn or Minfilia's that tell you that it's difficult to tell that F'lhaminn is her adoptive mother because miqo'te stop physically aging in their twenties.
I'm pretty sure it's said by a npc at some point.
On another note regarding age, I remember there used to be a lalafell in the V1 at the miner guild that used to say something like "I've been sorting rocks for the last hundred years" or something along those lines, I always wondered if it was just some mistranslation of a lala really bored of its work or if the potatoes are actually going to outlive us all =p
There's a lot of thing you can learn by talking to random npc. Used to be another lalafell in the V1 telling you in the past they used to have Roegadyn throw Lalafell across broken bridges so they could tie ropes to repair them.
If true, thats just amazing. I also may or may not use this as an excuse for randomly punting my lalafel friends henceforth.
