Viera males should be smaller like Au Ra females

I don't know who "you guys" are but I haven't said anything about Alphinaud in this thread, so it sounds like your beef is with someone else.

I think it'd be cool to have an equivalent to Au Ra female for male characters. A bit shorter than the Miqo'te males (in the same way F-AuRa are a little shorter than F-Miqo) but still appearing as adult males.

If that doesn't happen, whatever. It's not like I'd expect it, but Viera men are the only feasible remaining option to shore up the gender disparity among shorter race options. Hence my opinion.

Honestly, would certainly be fine if it was for another race. But since it's Viera - a race that's been so long waited for people are going to pay more attention to the appearance and the height. Over a decade of wondering and the concept art of the adult versions have folks painting onto that. I feel that people think that making them extremely small - when a height scale could just be wider - is going to ruin the imagery for them.

I would like them to be tall - but I'd be happy with them being Midlander-Hyur height, maybe a little smaller. I, however, draw a line at them falling below 5ft and looking that small. It just ruins the imagery for me. If they're going to be that small then I'd want them to be very well lean with defined muscles. Not small, skinny with no defining muscle development. But yeah, under 5ft? Female au'ra territory = no.
