Viera males should be smaller like Au Ra females

About the weirdly gross Au Ra - keep in mind the women of the race are rather normal height, around 5 foot at bare minimum and taller. They're not much shorter than the Miqo'te females. The thing is, the males are like 7 feet tall. This isn't a 6 foot even man with a 4 foot child. This is an absurdly tall man with an average height female.

As for people playing to perv on Viera, at least they are and look like adult women. Not shota or loli - aka children. I don't mind this fight for the male Viera. If they introduce them at some point, I'm more than happy for those who want to play them. I have a problem, and it's getting bigger, with people who are wanting to creep on actual child sized, child faced male Viera. And more and more people are starting to see it - across Reddit, the forums, Discord. People have turned wanting Viera into something completely disgusting and no, before people start on me, not everyone. But like I said before - there are those who are much louder than the rest of you and what they want is beginning to backfire on them because it's becoming. Too. Much.

I'd be ok if male viera were just a tad shorter than the females, which is not saying much since female viera are very tall. So the shorter males won't look out of place or anything.

Actually, I am surprised we don't already have a race that looks like it, considering all the character design artwork by Yoshitaka Amano that looks like this style (referring to Omega), which is iconic in Final Fantasy.
It's not my cup of tea, but I would like to see it in game for that reason alone.

Tbh those are your prejudices. While I said that I merely thought of the description of a shota, being young small boys. And while not everyone got perverted minds, lollis are wanted as much. So we dont need to act like "omg everyone is just a pedo".
We have lalafell after all, which might not be kids but resemble them in a way.

Well, this is true. females do have quite common body type (especially for Japan). Just in one race this difference looks weird.
(I am personally not up for "small" Vieras. They can be a little bit shorter (in reasonable amount so like ~10cm or about it), but shotas? For the Gods sake, no. Never was really okay with lolies in games, don't want to see it even more spreaded around and I'm sure that most part pf community has same opinion about this.)

The difference is that kidalutz didn't adopt an aggressive behavior harassing people and company workers with the common homophic, racist or sexist cards in forums just because they are not complacent with their teenager male viera view/ideal, which in the end is very strange.

Meanwhile none of us has a saying on the SE final decisions on their character models so assume like anyone else Kidalutz had to choose between the available options, my wife found the same dilemma she wanted to play a tall woman Roe fem but I advised to play the most feminine face feature model without be too Anime for her character.

I would love male Viera to be shorter than their female counterpart. Even if it ends up being a minor difference between their max height. I mostly just want a race where women are taller than their males

I know right. Omega M looks so cool. Even though he's slim, he has some muscle, but not like in a highlander kind of way. It looks like the perfect build for male viera imo

Yes, I think an Omega M style race (Viera ears would probably look very cool in this style) would be good for the game.
You could cosplay as FF characters based on the artwork, rather than how they appear in-game :P

Well, I'll be cranking that height slider all the way down to zero for female Viera, hopefully slider will go down enough to not be too tall for my taste.

But when I see some people asking for childlike/Alphinaud bodies? No thanks.
