5.0 Combat changes: What do you expect?

That's pretty much how my bars are already organized.
Things that need to be pressed most often to things that need to be pressed least often.


I personally don't like the idea of anything else eating up my visual real estate, but I'll mess around with the other hotbars idea. I know they're still there because the outlines appear in HUD layout. I've never set any of them up before though since I've purely played this game on console PS3 >> PS4.
