The definition of sexism is anything that limits, or restricts a gender on the basis of gender roles.

Not letting us play female Hrothgar because they stay at home to protect the children is sexist.

Not letting us play male Viera because they are out in the woods doing stereotypical man stuff is sexist.

I like how this quote is irreverent but matter to you because you can't play your shirtless bunny boi. It isn't limiting what they can be and we don't know what Hrothgar females do yet but your defining of why is sexist.
