Yeah, very often the subraces have considerably different cultural backgrounds as well. I'm inclined to believe we're getting males, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. Sorry about the confusion lol.

It would be extremely interesting if the males were the subrace due to how different the Viera live... Their lifestyles are two sides of one coin, vastly different but still connected. Part of me thinks it would make sense for them to be separated. Also allows for the blurb of information to more precise on the two genders.

That would be interesting tbh! Especially considering we don't know much about their naming conventions. I was thinking it's possible that Rava and Veena could be surnames for our Viera naming conventions, similar to how Auri use clan surnames and how male Seekers only have 2 options for surnames, Tia and Nunh. So maybe male/female for clans, then Rava and Veena would just be surnames, and the skin and hair tones would just be widened up to encompass both Rava and Veena?

Not sure how likely that is, but it'd be interesting for sure.
