Again, "casuals" are not simply "people who don't raid", it's people who don't have heavy dedication in the game. Like I said above, if you play 2-4h/night, and 6-10h/day on week-end, you're not a "casual" player.

As opposed to the relic weapons that were made "for people who don't raid". And casual players won't really farm tens of thousands of tomestone to buy a weapon that requires you to stay engaged each and every patch when they can obtain a cheaper (and better) weapon every 6 months.

Then what do you call players who play every waking moment but don't touch any of the harder content? They're not hardcore because they don't do savage, they're not midcore because they don't do ex primals, according to you they're not even casual. Mr. Happy calls these people hardcore casuals and I think it's a good term for people like these, of which I consider myself to be a part of as well.
