    You shouldn't run mentor roulette at all if you feel that way. In fact, you shouldn't be a mentor at all but that's another topic
    I'm sorry that you feel that way. It isn't going to change anything though.

    Contrary to what you seem to think, being mentor doesn't mean I must agree to commit myself to inefficient or lost causes.
