They will unlock the level 70 until SDBR. That’s just their strategy to keep the players doing something until SDBR.

While there is a very slight chance it will be 80 by Shb release i doubt it.

I think they will do this:

• Lv50 until Shb (6 months)

• Lv60 at Shb release

• Lv70 at 5.1 (should be around 10 months from now)

• Lv80 at 5.2 (should be around 13-14 month from now)

That's kinda optimist to assume each patch will have BLU progression too. It could be uneven patches. It could be that BLU will never reach the current expansion's highest level. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we only know that it will have it's level cap increased in the future, no more details.

Yes you're absolutely correct. That is very optimistic (something I don't actually believe is the timeline we'll have tbh, simply to give a hint what could happen, though unlikely)
