This is a bad idea and it doesn't fix any of the issues that actually make the 10s window feel tight. It will also break the symmetry with the lockout timer. It would be much better to fix underlying issues, namely:

- Make overheat not tick down before FT is interrupted. The timing of the FT→gcd transition is the single largest factor in missing the last gcd in overheat. Make the entry easier and you'll have more time for OH (+0.5s time saved from human error, on par with PLD Requiescat window).
- Do something about Rapid Fire and ogcd weaving. This is the second issue that makes high latency problematic because the weaves are even tighter than normal double weaves. Either speed up animations for shorter locks, change it to Barrage-style ability, or reduce the amount of required ogcd weaves (lockout ogcds in OH and increase gcd damage similar to SMN).

Fixing those issues would make the 10s window far more manageable than doing something short sighted like increasing the timer by an arbitrary second. Overdrive would be nice if it was instant, but that's not going to happen with how the pets are programmed in this game.
