What we really should be asking is NOT for harder dungeons cause it isn't happening. We need to stop GEAR creep. THAT I believe is the issue. Stop that.. you stop baby mode.
How about boss mechanics deal damage in % instead of flat out damage.

So that you loose say 80% from a certain hit at lvl 70 but still loose 80% at lvl 80 for example. And a higher sync rate so you can't face roll it with higher Ilvl?
