Ok cool well without sounding rude, testing hops and making an explanation of what you think it is (whether it's true or not) isn't really a kind of source I was looking for. When someone asks for a source they generally want something official, but anyway it's not really worth pursuing was just a simple curiosity.

There won't be anything official, as SE telling the world where their servers are is a bad idea. No company tells the public the location of their production equipment.
