Some clarification to avoid mis-information:


Only the first part of the event (The quest "In Adventurers We Trust") could be completed by a level 15 player. This quest awards the Wind-up Cirina minion, and the Revolutions orchestrion roll.

The instanced part of the event (which many people can't even access or participate in for totally different reasons) requires level 30, and is the only way to earn the tokens required to purchase the assorted quest rewards (both sets of earrings as well as some limited-time event-only confetti)
