Probably because at level 35 it's a lot easier to participate in the treasure fates, NMs for loot, and you'll have your mount. This all makes the chain monotony more enjoyable.What I find weird is that a lot of people I've talked to are really unbothered by the idea of light farming via chaining as long as they can do it at level 35. They're going to end up spending about as much time chaining, but now it will be in addition to the time they spent leveling, rather than being accomplished simultaneously.
