    Well that is a shame. It helps people who are lower level but since I am done I guess I have no reason to go back in. I will just wait till belt is cheap and buy it.

    Agreed. Sadly, if we were to see Party Level Sync, I doubt we’d see it until the third installment at the earliest. :/
