I've heard this as well. Some people were speculating you could maybe stay in there for a couple elemental levels, because NMs are easier to spawn. At least to 23, I've heard, though some said 27; not sure how well that would work though, unless you were spawning the higher level NMs. Sad when new content is released, and the progression for it is to literally go to the obsolete version first for a few to several levels.
