If both answers are yes, you can use physick.

It is literally just shifting a skill and changing the requirement from it from ACN SMN SCH to just SCH in their code. The statement that it is a waste of resources may be true, but for crying out loud, the combat design / job design team could literally do this in their lunch time casually. I mean for f***'s sake, they ripped Blood Bath out of MRD and made it a role action for all melees, cant be harder to LIMIT access to it.

If the new jobs' skilltrees can reach down to lv1, SCH can for sure without allowing ACN / SNN to use it.
