It's mostly because casual content is so trivial that we don't see more problems. It's not really the good naturedness of the raiders, because believe me, we see you complain in FCs and on forums about others, when the content is 100% optional and only attracts some people.
Ummm but there are dps checks in dungeons and I’ve seen groups fail them sooo? Huh? I’m so confused by this?

Bad dps can 100% wipe you on dps checks in dungeons. Last boss in Vault was a prime example.
